The CardBuild® control system by ICS combines the capabilities of a uniquely modified variable frequency motor power converter and a real-time embedded controller by connecting them over an ultra-high speed communication network. This system continuously monitors the operation of the pump and permits adjusting speed and torque at any selected position in the rod stroke. It also includes programmed overrides for abnormal conditions.
